We collect your name, email or WhatsApp, charter date, group size, duration, occasion, tour or yacht interest, optional budget and message, language, landing page, campaign parameters and Google click identifier (gclid).
We use these details to prepare your quote, check availability, respond to you and manage a booking if you choose to proceed. We may share necessary charter details with yacht operators to check availability. We do not sell your data or use it for unsolicited promotional emails.
Requests are stored with access restricted to authorized staff. Campaign details are kept for your browser session to associate them with your request. You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing reservations@vallartayachtlife.com. We retain details only as needed for your request, booking or legal obligations.
Google Ads receives page visits, ad click identifiers and successful quote request events for advertising measurement and optimization. When configured, Google Analytics receives page visits, WhatsApp clicks and inquiry completion events for measurement. Meta receives PageView, Contact and Lead events for advertising measurement and optimization. We do not send inquiry names, emails or phone numbers to these services.
