Cancellation
Free cancellation: cancel up to 7 days before your charter for a full refund. Within 7 days: cancellations within 7 days can move to a new date within 12 months, subject to availability. Port closures: if the Port Captain (Capitania de Puerto) closes the port for weather, you get a full refund or a free new date. Your choice. Bad weather that is not a closure: if the port is open but you want to change, we will do our best to find a new date with your boat. No shows: no shows and late arrivals after 30 minutes are not refundable.
Weather and safety
The captain and the Port Captain decide on safety. If the port closes, you get a full refund or a new date. Light rain or wind does not cancel a charter unless the port closes.
